PROJECT HEAL LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

The Project HEAL Leadership Council will consist of a minimum of six individuals representing the organizations that will be working jointly with AltaMed’s Government Affairs leadership team.

Each council member will take part in the decision making process and will be trained in various aspects such as:

Communications

Computers

Coalition Building

Media Relations

Conferencing

Research and Advocacy Techniques

Data Collection and Analysis

Each member of the Leadership Council will have one vote pursuant to the Project HEAL Charter. All provisions of the Project HEAL Charter will be consistent with the project mission statement, core values and goals.
