I’m a California constituent and I am concerned about my family's access to health care. Please pass National Health Care Reform for all Now. We respectfully request the Congress to: (INSERT ISSUES HERE - CHOOSE FROM THE LIST PROVIDED BELOW) 

Oppose any reduction or elimination of the federal Prospective Payment System (PPS) funding to Medicaid via the federal 1115 Waiver asked for by Governor Schwarzenegger. 

* Request additional funding from the unused Stimulus Package dollars to protect the California Health Care Safety Net.

*Request additional SCHIP funding for the California Healthy Families Program.

* Support the Passage of the Re-authorization of Community Health Centers (CHC's) funding.

* Support the inclusion of Community Health Centers (CHC's) through Health Care Reform Legislation.

Co-Sponsor and/or support House Concurring Resolution 144 (HCR 144) 

* Pass Health Care Reform for All! 

Our country and our state of California are in jeopardy of losing our health care safety net. We are in critical need of a strong health care system!
